We’re looking for Welders / Platers / Sheet Metal Workers / Fabricators who want to join a growing business and play a key role in our continued investment and expansion.

About the role:

Working from engineering drawings to fabricate and weld components to a high standard.

4 Day Week – Mon to Thurs, 7am to 5pm. OT available Friday & Saturday. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be using MIG or TIG welding.
  • Work with a variety of materials such as mild steel, aluminium and stainless to create products for a wide range of customers.
  • You will read engineering drawings and use them to fabricate components.
The candidate:
  • We would like for you to have experience as a Plater, Welder, Sheet Metal Workers or Fabricator.
  • We are a supportive company, and we will endeavour to support employees who are not yet qualified but who show willing.

We’re looking for Operators to join our Final Assembly & Despatch team, who want to join a growing business and play a key role in our continued investment and expansion.

About the role:

Responsible for assembling finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing orders for safe and timely dispatch.
 
4 Day Week – Mon to Thurs, 7am to 5pm. OT available Friday & Saturday. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble fabricated components and products in line with engineering drawings and specifications
  • Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the assembly process
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and well maintained
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets

Responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to form components accurately, ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake machinery in line with production requirements
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to bend and form components to specification
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets required quality standards
  • Carry out regular checks to maintain consistency and minimise rework
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
  • Keep machinery and work areas clean, organised, and well maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the wider production team to support overall output
